3. Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or email.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Results are individual and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will provide a complimentary service to help rectify any concerns.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are not medical treatments. Always consult with a qualified medical professional regarding health concerns. We do not claim to cure any disease or condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law. The information is protected by protection features of the applications we use to provide the service, including but not limited to Gmail, Go High Level and payment Gateways.

9. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, harasses staff, or disrupts the healing environment.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
